Orders placed before 7pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

Free 1-2 Working Days - For orders of £25 and up

£2.95 - 1-2 Working Days - For orders up to £25

Channel Islands

£4.95 – 3 to 17 Business Days

International

At present, we don’t offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery. For details, please check our Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@vitamini.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
