Three ways to age gracefully

Want to be ‘that person’ seems much younger than their age?! Us too. Get regular exercise

We can’t sing the praises of regular exercise enough! It can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases associated with aging, including heart disease, as well as provide you with a youthful glow and energy boost. Official guidelines suggest healthy adults get 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise per week. Always consult your doctor before embarking on a new exercise regime.

Manage stress

Stress management is vital if you’re looking to age gracefully. That’s because stress has a wide range of effects on our bodies (think lack of sleep, digestive issues and increased risk of developing chronic diseases), mood and relationships. Focus on protein

Muscle mass naturally decreases with age so maintaining what you have via exercise and adequate protein intake is important. However, many of us don’t consume enough protein, especially at breakfast.
